Material

Application

• for cold treatment: put gelatine bags or the whole Tendon Boots in the freezer for at least 2 hours
• for heat treatment: place the gelatine bag in the microwave for a maximum of 1 minute at 650 W
• after intensive, athletic exercise
• for preventive purposes to keep ligaments, tendons and joints tight

Care instructions

• machine washable at 30 °C
• remove gelatine bag before washing
• do not tumble dry
