Shipping within Germany

The shipment is made as a package including tracking ID. We ship with DHL and UPS.

- UPS Express Saver (+7,90 €) Delivery by the end of the following business day

- UPS Express 12:00 (+9,90 €) delivery by 12:00 noon the following business day

- UPS Express (+19,90 €) delivery until 10:30 am of the following business day if ordered before 12 am

Return within Germany

The return shipment within the return period within Germany is free of charge. Use the DHL return label from the order confirmation email.

Shippingtimes

I. Calculation of the shippingtime

If you order several articles from us within the framework of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the consignment of goods is the delivery time that applies to the article in your order with the longest delivery time.

In case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the remitting bank or, in case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the first day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state in Germany, the next business day shall replace such day. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such day.

If an item is not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.

II. Shipping time national

The delivery time within Germany for goods in stock is 1 to 3 business days from the business day on which we dispatch your goods as described under I. Please note the specified delivery times per item, as these may differ.

III. Shipping time international

Please refer to the following table for shipping costs, offered payment methods and additional maximum delivery time of your country. The maximum delivery time is calculated from the regular delivery time of the item plus the indicated additional delivery time and is valid from the business day on which we ship your goods as described under I.
