Trust Sweet Iron Olive Head Bit, Eliptical
The eliptical Sweet Iron olive head bit is made by Trust and is a standard mouthpiece which has a particularly calm and stable position in the horse's mouth. The rings cannot move independently of each other, so that the rider's aids are conveyed directly and finely. The double-broken mouthpiece lies loosely in the mouth and exerts pressure on the tongue, the loads and the corners of the mouth. The visible blue colour is the special Sweet Iron alloy, which forms surface rust in contact with moisture. This surface rust naturally stimulates saliva production as it tastes sweet to horses. In addition, this bit is very well received and accepted.
Note: When not in use, a thin, orange-brown layer of rust will develop on the mouthpiece. This can be removed with a damp cloth and does not represent a quality defect!
