- Silk-Feel lining along the withers, shoulders, and chest to prevent chafing
- removable neck cover with ear openings for greater flexibility when covering
- an elastic browband prevents the rug from slipping
- long cut sides for optimal air circulation around the legs
- sewn-in shoulder gussets ensure maximum freedom of movement
- T-buckle with magnetic snap-lock closure at the front
- belly protection with elastic, removable belly flap
- a tail flap with tail strap and leg straps provide additional support for the blanket
